All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. If we decline your order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount.
Payment must be received before we process your order. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
We currently ship throughout Ireland. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted soap products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you receive a damaged product.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Workshop registration requires advance payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during workshops. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or fails to follow safety guidelines.
All our products are manufactured in compliance with Irish cosmetics safety regulations. However, individual reactions to natural ingredients can vary. We recommend patch testing any new product before full use. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to our products.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Review MyInfo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review MyInfo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
